Well one tattoo artist from Colorado just took this concept to a whole new level when he proposed to his girlfriend recently. Vinny Capaldo-Smith decided to pop the question to his girlfriend Brooke Wodark by asking her to tattoo his leg, but when he rolled up his shorts, Brooke was surprised to find that a tattoo was already there! “Will you marry me?” read the message above two empty boxes, one for “yes” and one for “no”.
